Saginaw Sashay Professional Review and Guide
"Never has so much been packed into such a short ride as the Saginaw Sashay, with the possible exception of Mackinac Island-parks, a riverwalk, an island, and Old Town, a section near the river filled with old brick buildings rejuvenated with new and interesting shops.
Pedal off from the southern parking lot of Wickes Park, near the soccer and softball fields. Ride west on Wickes Park Drive, a wide, paved road, and the Saginaw River lies before you. At 0.1 mile, the road curves right and you ride alongside the river. This is all part of Wickes Park, filled with trees, playgrounds, rest rooms, and the quiet river.
Things to see: Saginaw River, Wickes Park, Old Town, Ojibway Island."
