Pinconning Park Campground Professional Review and Guide
"The park nestles up against Saginaw Bay a short drive from I-75. Abun- dant walleye (and other species) draw anglers, and the day-use area offers a boat launch. The sites are laid out in one long arm heading north parallel to the lake but separated from it by for- est. Sites have gravel pads, and most of them are only partly shaded. A few big oaks offer better protection but may be a hassle for bigger rigs. For the most privacy, opt for one of the 8 rustic sites. These are set back more into the woods and better shaded but are still on the park loop. The park has 4 nature trails passing through forest and marshlands, as well as along the lake. During migration season the park is especially popular with birders."
