Bass Lake State Forest Campground (Luce) Professional Review and Guide
"This rustic state forest campground offers ramp access to the lake and carry-in access on nearby Murray and Buckeye Lakes. Fishing might get you bass, perch, bluegill, or pike. The campground is across the road from the boat landing and lake. Some of the sites are wide, grassy, and open to the skies, while the others are well shaded and surrounded by understory. Other activities require a bit of driving: 25 miles to Seney National Wildlife Refuge, 19 miles to Canada Lake for some good hiking, and about an hour’s journey to Tahquamenon Falls State Park."
