The nature center’s longest trail, the Wildwing Trail, is easy to follow as it loops around Wildwing Lake. Ample opportunities exist to see aquatic life, such as muskrats and snapping turtles, as well as waterfowl, including geese and swans. Many visitors come to catch glimpses of migrant songbirds, as well as ospreys and herons. Don’t be surprised to find photographers around the osprey hacking tower on any given day.
