Blueberry Ridge

Blueberry Ridge Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"Blueberry Ridge is a classic walk in the woods on summer cross-country ski trails. The paths are wide and level, and although there are hills, the rolling rhythm isn’t tedious. The forest here is dominated by white, red, and Scotch pine, oak, and birch, while the groundcover (as you might guess) is thick with blueberry bushes.

If you’re here in late July or early August, you can gather quarts of berries without moving far off the trail. This path navigates through portions of different loops, with the goal of hiking as far from traffic noise as possible. Trail junctions are numbered and well marked with arrows and maps."
