Big Eric’s Bridge State Forest Campground Professional Guide
Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook
"The Big Huron River is a beauty as it tumbles north to Lake Superior through untouched wilderness and impressive geology. While experienced paddlers will enjoy river access at the campground, there are no liveries nearby. The river is rocky and shows a waterfall near the bridge. The woods are rich with birdlife, but there are no formal trails. It’s a nice, rustic, scenic escape, and 7 miles north the river meets the big lake."
