Reedsburg Dam State Forest Campground Professional Review and Guide
"A dam on the Muskegon River created the Dead Stream Flooding, one of the Lower Peninsula’s biggest managed wetlands projects. Birders will find plenty of waterfowl in the marshy areas, and paddlers can get on the Muskegon River nearby. The sites are arranged along the west bank close to the dam, and 15 of them extend out from the camp road almost to the water. The trees are thinner toward the shoreline but still provide adequate shade."
