River Trail is a hiking trail in Midland, Michigan. It is within Chippewa Nature Center. It is 2.8 miles long and begins at 617 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 5.6 miles with a total elevation gain of 201 feet. The Chippewa Nature Center museum is near the trailhead. There are also parkings, bicycle parking, and restroom. Beech-Maple Woods and other woods and the Oxbow water can be seen along the trail. There are also grasslands and information boards along the trail.
