Gregory–Munith Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"The beginning of this ride follows the same route as the Ann Arbor Bicycle Touring Society’s yearly 100-mile One Helluva Ride. We’ll miss Hell altogether, but only because the route goes west and Hell is farther east. Rest assured, though, you can get there from here.

Ride north out of Gregory on M-36 to Dexter Trail (mile 0.5) and turn left. Though the route is mostly over gently rolling roads, this early phase of the ride on Dexter Trail puts the climbing legs on alert. None of these hills are long, but they have a steep enough pitch to get you breathing hard. Fortunately, the long ranging views out over the farm fields will give you something to focus on other than the work you’re doing."
