This is my absolute favorite place in there entire world! I'd recommend going staying a night at Roaring Brook Campground, hike up to Chimney Pond via Chimney Pond Trail, then climb Dudley Trail to Pamola Peak, cross the knife edge, summit Baxter Peak and then cross the Table Lands (get Hamlin Peak - cuz it's there) then cross the table Lands, down Northwest Basin trail and stay at Davis Pond your second night. Then hike down to Russell. Stay 2 nights there - you'll need to see Green Falls and hike that area. Wassataquoik Lake is beautiful! Then hike back to Roaring Brook via the Russell Pond Trail. You'll never forget it! I went when I was 8 years old and I never forgot it! I started going annually about 10 years ago. Trust me! Best, Kasey Marsters Fox-Trick Adventures foxtrickadventures.com
