International Appalachian Trail is a hiking and biking trail in Penobscot County, Maine. It is within Elliotsville Plantation and Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument. It is 1.8 miles long and begins at 1,049 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 0.1 miles with a total elevation gain of 2 feet. Near the trailhead there is parking. The Katahdin Brook Lean-To shelter can be seen along the trail.
