Camden Hills State Park

Camden Hills State Park Professional Review and Guide

"The lofty Camden Hills are the highest coastal promontories on the Eastern seaboard south of Acadia National Park. Most people summit 1,385-foot Mount Megunticook, the highest peak in the range, for its excellent ocean vistas.

Far fewer explore the park’s remaining network of trails, which tour a remarkably diverse forest and a handful of surprise views. Bald Rock Mountain hides out in the park’s northern tier, offering two lean-tos near ocean panoramas."
