I have biked this trail 5 times in various seasons. Love it. Flat, pretty and picturesque. Always stop for lunch in Hancock, MD. Best trail for new riders. 44 miles bottom to top and back. Best trail I've ever been on.

great trail ~20 miles - paved, parallels the C&O canal towpath. bike shop (C&O bicycles) right beside the trail in Hancock, MD - very helpful staff.
