Patuxent Road Professional Review and Guide
"Patuxent Research Refuge offers a pleasant contrast to the sprawl of Washington D.C., and Baltimore. Set in the metro corridor between these two cities, it protects almost 13,000 acres of woodlands within the watershed of the Little Patuxent and Patuxent Rivers."

Hiked the Forest Trail which is hiking only. Nice easy hike, wide paths and very little elevation. Not a lot of sights to see on this trail other than the very diverse trees that are marked throughout the hike. Nice place to take a leisurely hike away from the city life.
