Youghiogheny River Lake: Mill Run Campground Professional Review and Guide
"Most people in the tri-state area (Maryland, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia) regard Youghiogheny River Lake as a Pennsylvania possession. Indeed, though the lake straddles the Mason–Dixon Line, the majority of it lies in Pennsylvania. Despite containing a boat launch for the lake, the campground feels nicely isolated, partly due to the fact that it sits in a sparsely populated area of the state. Additionally, Mill Run Campground sits in a woodsy copse adjoining the Mill Run, a tributary of the Youghiogheny.
Because the other two campgrounds on the lake are significantly larger and more popular, Mill Run feels like paradise found. This is not to say that you shouldn’t expect company during the day, especially in summer."
