Annapolis, Maryland

Annapolis Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"Experience the fun intimacy of Maryland’s capital city and the tranquility of its nearby creeks. Annapolis is surrounded by water on three sides: Spa Creek to the south, the Severn River to the east, and College Creek to the north.

Annapolis, Maryland is a picture-perfect seaport that sits at the intersection of the Severn River and the Chesapeake Bay. It is the capital of Maryland and temporarily served as the United States Capital in 1783 and 1784. Annapolis is home to the United States Naval Academy, world-famous blue crabs, and more eighteenth century buildings than any other city in the country."
