Somerville Community Path Professional Review and Guide
"The cycling community has had a strong voice in the development of Cambridge and Somerville. This concerted bike advocacy has paid off in the construction of interlinked paths that connect the two cities to each other as well as to the statewide network of bike trails. The Somerville Community Path, Alewife Linear Park, and Fresh Pond Reservation Loop make for an easy excursion through Somerville’s Davis Square and around the Fresh Pond reservoir in North Cambridge. This route hits a coveted sweet spot: the intersection of bike-friendly urban planning and the tranquil beauty of natural landscapes."
