Midstate Trail is a hiking trail in Worcester County, Massachusetts. It is within Rutland State Park and Saint Joseph's Abbey. It is 7.5 miles long and begins at 890 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 12.1 miles with a total elevation gain of 1,570 feet. The Ware River Watershed Area and Ware River Watershed Area conservations can be seen along the trail. There is also parking along the trail.
