It is within Great Hill Conservation Land, Captain Sargent Farm Conservation Area, Camp Acton Conservation Land, CSF private, Pacy Conservation Land, Boxborough Area Of Critical Concern, Hager Hill, Spring Hill Conservation Land, Acton Arboretum, Wetherbee Conservation Land, Bulette Conservation Land - Town Forest, Nagog Hill Conservation Land, Robbins Mill Conservation Land, Pratt's Brook Conservation Land, Richards Property, Annursnac Conservation Land, Heath Hen Meadow Conservation Land, Nashoba Brook Conservation Land, Grassy Pond Conservation Land, Rubin Land, Wolf Swamp, Rolling Meadows, Jenks Conservation Land, Will's Hole Conservation Land - Town Forest, Robbins Mill Recreation Area, and Guggins Brook Conservation Land. It is 10.2 miles long and begins at 192 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 0.2 miles with a total elevation gain of 18 feet. Guggins Brook and other information boards and Upper Parking Lot, Jenks Land, and other parkings are near the trailhead. There are also trees, a swimming pool, a wetland, restrooms, a shelter, and drinking water. The Wetherbee Conservation Land, Captain Sargent Farm Conservation Area, Captain Sargent Farm Conservation Area, and Captain Sargent Farm Conservation Area conservations, Strawberry Hill (elevation 325 feet), and the Captain Sargent Homestead Foundation viewpoint can be seen along the trail. There are also an information board and parking along the trail. The trail ends near the Jenks Conservation Land, Boxborough Area Of Critical Concern, Rubin Land, Camp Acton Conservation Land, Nashoba Brook Conservation Land, Acton Arboretum, and Heath Hen Meadow Conservation Land conservations, the Potato Cave viewpoint, the kiosk information, and Pencil Factory Kiosk, Spring Hill Rd, 1.5 mi, Davis Rd., 0.5 mi, and another information guidepost. There are also benches near the end of the trail.
