Midstate Trail is a hiking trail in Worcester County, Massachusetts. It is within Wachusett Mountain State Reservation, Redemption Rock, and Leominster State Forest. It is 5.0 miles long and begins at 1,030 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 10.1 miles with a total elevation gain of 2,561 feet. The Redemption Rock conservation, the Redemption Rock (elevation 915 feet) and Glacial Boulder stones, and Crow Hills (elevation 896 feet) can be seen along the trail. There are also a picnic site, viewpoints, an information guidepost, parking, and an information board along the trail.
