Rock Circuit Trail is a hiking trail in Middlesex County, Massachusetts. It is within Middlesex Fells Reservation. It is 3.4 miles long and begins at 194 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 3.4 miles with a total elevation gain of 1,033 feet. The Hemlock Pool wetland and Boojum Rock (elevation 272 feet) can be seen along the trail. There is also a wetland along the trail. The trail ends near Pinnacle Rock (elevation 249 feet) and the Cascade waterfall. There is also a wetland near the end of the trail.
