Georgetown-Rowley State Park

Georgetown-Rowley State Park Professional Review and Guide

"The forest is a mix of all-terrain vehicle trails and bridle / bicycle paths, making for an interesting mix of riding surfaces. Most of the time riders will want to stay on the single track, but the rolling fire roads offer a different challenge with their loose surface and gradual hills.

Georgetown-Rowley offers many challenges within its boundaries, but to expand you riding experience, you may want to link this ride with other trails in other local parks. This is one of the few parks in this part of the state to allow all-terrain vehicles, and this creates an added element of danger to riding. wildlife and hunters are two other dangers in the forest. Terrain: rocky and rooty singletrack as well as smooth, dirt and sand doubletrack."
