Eliza Little Trail is a hiking, biking, and horse trail in Essex County, Massachusetts. It is 0.4 miles long and begins at 11 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 0.8 miles with a total elevation gain of 20 feet. Near the trailhead there are parking and trees. Along the trail there are a conservation, a scrub, a bridge, and a wetland.

The Eliza Little Walking Trail is part of the 170-mile Bay Circuit Walking Trail, which makes a half circle from Kingston Bay to Plum Island around greater Boston. The circuit, first proposed in 1929, now passes through fifty cities and towns, connecting more than seventy-nine protected sites such as this.
