With over 200 wooded acres, Wilson Mountain Reservation’s shaded trails, rocky outcroppings, and streams make it an ideal place to bring your dog for a hike. Protected in the mid-1990s from development, this reservation is one of the largest open spaces in the town of Dedham. The Department of Conservation and Recreation has marked two loop trails here. The 0.75-mile red-blazed loop circles Wilson Mountain in the northeast section of the property. The 2-mile green-blazed loop meanders along a stream and through a swamp before joining the red-blazed trail back to the reservation entrance.
