    Moutardier Campground Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"Moutardier Campground, one of the largest campgrounds on Nolin River Lake, is located more toward the dam than some of the other campgrounds. This campground has about anything you need. It’s not far from the marina, there is a playground for the kids, and the showers have hot water. The roads to the camping area are gravel, and most of the campsites are level. Hiking trails wind around the wooded area next to the campground, and wildlife viewing is possible.

The big attraction here is the fishing. I usually stay here if I am fishing for walleye, because the lake is deeper on this end. Nolin River Lake has a reputation as a good fishing lake, and I can vouch for that. I have spent many hours fishing this lake and always look forward to returning."
