Gnaw Bone Camp

Gnaw Bone Camp Professional Review and Guide

"Many Hoosier mountain bikers were introduced to the sport at Gnaw Bone. Indiana's best private-property trail system has been welcoming fat-tire visitors for years. The 25-mile system harbors challenging singletrack, mostly moderate climbs and descents, and a few granny-grinders thrown in to boot.

A great descent provides a fast finale. Make sure to call first. Gnaw Bone is closed when summer camp is in session or when the trails are too muddy to ride. Trail surface is singletrack and doubletrack."

When I first rode this trail, I was new the sport, it was as fun then as it is now! Great trails system! Of all the places I've been this one has the best concept when it comes to limiting when you can ride. Definitely make the trails more enjoyable. The beauty of this place is the diversity of the trails. Climbing, descents, tight single track, open double track. The downhill at the end is well worth the ride from where ever you are travelling. And the owners are great, friendly and very welcoming.
