Southwest Michigan Loop Professional Guide
Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook
"It’s easy to understand why the Apple Cider Century attracts some 7,000 bicyclists every year: Quiet roads, vineyards, rolling terrain, the primo beaches, and the pleasant little towns offer some of the most scenic and enjoyable riding in the region. This ride follows much of this classic Midwestern riding route through the lovely landscape of far southwestern Michigan.
Every September since the early 1970s, cyclists throughout the region have descended on Three Oaks, Michigan, for one of the largest single-day rides in the Midwest. The Apple Cider Century is known for its pastoral environs and rolling terrain. There are orchards, vineyards, and plenty of woodland."
