Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"Point is the only developed campground on the western side of Redfish Lake, which separates you a bit from the crowds but also makes it one of the most in- demand locations in the Redfish Lake complex. The Redfish Lake area is relatively quiet, and access to it relatively easy, just before Memorial Day and after Labor Day.

The area is forested; some of the RV sites are pull- throughs. Eight of the sites are designated exclusively for walk-in tent camping. The Point site is closed on Monday for irrigation. Note: This is the only campground in the Redfish Lake area that does not have developed access for people with disabilities."
