Boundary Creek

Boundary Creek Professional Review and Guide

"This hike has fine views of the Sawtooth Mountains to the west. It’s also known for subalpine lakes and a chance to see wolves.

This is a steep trail, which quickly climbs to fine views of the Mount Heyburn area of the Sawtooth Range just across the valley. You can hike for just a mile or all the way to Casino Lakes. The trail loses its snow on the west side of the crest fairly early in the year (mid-June). It is open to dirt bikes but not ATVs."
