Bonanza Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"Finding the campground: From Stanley drive 14.5 miles northeast on ID 75, then 8 miles north on Yankee Fork Road (FR 013), and then 0.25 mile west on FR 074.

The campground: This is a family-and group-oriented campground located close to the old Bonanza ghost town—which is definitely worth a visit. Between the old buildings in town and the dredge equipment (and dredge piles) nearby, you can get a real feeling for the old mining community. This is the only campground in the Yankee Fork area that accepts reservations."
