Located at the Idaho-Washington state line at Interstate 90. This is a great training or road ride. Up one side of the Spokane River in the flats and back the other via the foothills of Mica Peak, this ride is a good intro to the opportunities between Liberty Lake, Washington and Post Falls, Idaho. The trail is entirely on paved non-motorized trails and roads.

nice trail, it's better if you go across the bridge there at state line and pull into the parking lot right after it. Centennial trail is nice, a bit of a pain going through Post Falls since it goes through a residential and you have to stop every block but nice none the less. Going up Spokane Street was fun cars were pretty nice and give me a lot of room. The comments in the guide about the hill aint just a kidding though. That sucker was steep (for my fitness level at least) but the ride down the other side was fast and fun. I rode it at 5pm on a Friday night and the traffic through the hilly area was pretty light too.
