Curlew Creek

Curlew Creek Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"Finding the campground: From Mountain Home drive 32 miles on US 20 northeast and then turn left (north) onto FR 61 (Pine-Featherville Road, the second road to Pine) and continue 22 miles north.

The campground: Here’s an Anderson Ranch lakeside campground still open to overnight use. On the sloping banks of the Anderson Ranch Dam Reservoir, it is a campground made for boaters. There are occasional trees (though much of the campground can bake in the summer sun), but the draw here is the lakefront. It’s a popular spot with boaters from Mountain Home, so get here early if you’re planning a weekend."
