Kelly Forks Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"This is the easternmost of the North Fork campgrounds, the most remote, the most work to get to—and often the one with the greatest solitude. The riverside location is priceless, and the fishing and hiking are both excellent—but, yeah, that’s true of all the North Fork campgrounds.

Even in that class, though, Kelly Creek is considered something special. The creek here (of the same name) has been listed nationally as a Blue Ribbon trout stream—one of the very best in Idaho. For the serious angler, the extra few miles of dusty and washboard gravel roads are worth the effort. No garbage service is provided; pack out what you pack in."
