Silver Creek

Silver Creek Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"The only difficulty with paddling postcard- perfect Silver Creek is figuring out how not to disturb the dozens of anglers sure to be crowding this world- class fly-fishing destination.

Silver Creek is a crystal-clear, spring-fed, high-desert stream that meanders along the base of the Picabo Hills before joining the Little Wood River. The creek’s unique aquatic ecosystem features one of the highest densities of stream insects in North America, which supports the world-class fishery."
