Birch Creek

Birch Creek Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"Many BLM sites are like this one, essentially semideveloped—though more development is expected in the next few years (so a fee may be coming, too). You’ll find a toilet, a picnic table, and a flat area where people can pitch a tent or pull up an RV, plus some nice shade trees—and not a lot else. (It’s considered a step away from dispersed camping.)

The creekside location, with some trees in the area, is appealing, though. This is a popular fishing spot, especially because fish are stocked in Birch Creek every year, and the fishing is easy. Some limited ATV use is allowed. A host does watch over the campground in the summer."
