"Classified as a trail-byrail, this short greenbelt offers variety. During the irrigation season, typically April through September, the creek along the trail glitters in the sunshine and expands activity options to include fishing, tubing, canoeing, and kayaking. After a jaunt on the trail, you can readily access a restaurant for a quick bite to eat.
Indian Creek Greenbelt and is the place to head if you want to admire sparkling Indian Creek when it runs during irrigation season or to partake in the variety of other recreation activities available year-round. Visitors and residents enjoy walking, biking, fishing, picnicking, and birding. There is a BMX bicycle park along the paved portion of the trail. An active Union Pacific rail track is on the other side of the creek, lending atmosphere. The best access point is at the parking lot, with restrooms and wheel-chair accessibility to the trail."
