Diamondfield Jack

Diamondfield Jack Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"This Rock Creek–area campground is up and above the Snake River Valley, mildly shaded but still in generally desert country. Diamondfield Jack (named for a colorful Old West figure who was convicted and later cleared of a double murder in Idaho) is most popular in the winter, when Magic Valley people pile up here for snowmobiling and cross- country skiing.

The restrooms are heated in the winter. You can reserve the one group site, but the individual sites are first come, first served."
