Silver Creek Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"Finding the campground: From Garden Valley drive 2.5 miles west on ID 17, then 19 miles north on FR 698, and then 7 miles northeast on FR 671.

The campground: One of the smallest campgrounds in the area, Silver Creek is well known among regional anglers for the fine rainbow trout fishing from the banks of the Middle Fork of the Payette River. It’s also known for the nearby private resort and swimming facility (the Silver Creek Plunge) and for a fire- lookout building close by."
