Continental Divide Trail

Continental Divide Trail Professional Review and Guide

"Once complete, the Continental Divide Trail will go 3,200 miles through America’s Rocky Mountains from Mexico to Canada. Only a small section of this classic trail is in Idaho, where it travels through the Centennial and Bitterroot Mountains along the border with Montana.

Some of the trail is still under construction, so hikers occasionally have to walk on primitive roads or travel cross-country. Construction is complete, however, on one particularly attractive section, where you can enjoy some
great scenery."
