Tubbs Hill Loop

Tubbs Hill Loop Professional Review and Guide

"Hike around the east, south, and west sides of Tubbs Hill along the shoreline of beautiful Lake Coeur d’Alene. Then return to the trailhead across the hills forested north slope. From the reader board at the East Tubbs Hill Park Trailhead, hike south on the paved trail. Shortly the pavement ends as you continue south, climbing slightly, with the marina to your left.

These are hiker-only trails. Bikes, smoking, camping, fires, and fireworks are prohibited. Dogs must be on a leash and cleaned up after."

Great, easy hike to do with the family. 2.5 mile loop around the lower reaches of Tubbs Hill with an upper trail for more adventurous hikers who are looking for more of a challenge. Great views of the lake and private beaches for those who want to swim or fish. Very scenic!
