Huckleberry

Huckleberry Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"This relatively large and surprisingly “civilized” campground (it is not especially woodsy) is designed for a variety of uses, from large RVs to tents, and BLM describes it as “the only full- service RV camping site on this stretch of the St. Joe River.”

Services available do vary by site. Highly unusual for a BLM facility, Huckleberry has electric and water hookups. Trailer pads are paved, and tent pads have gravel. This location on the St. Joe River draws plenty of fly fishermen; in season, it is a popular location for elk hunting, too."
