Sage Hen Flats

Sage Hen Flats Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"Also in the mold of Cutthroat Trout, Sage Hen is a good river site for anglers and hunters (and sometimes a destination for high schoolers seeking a place away from adult supervision). This is an open-air campground area with spaces widely scattered around. Bring your own drinking water; none is provided here.

Season: May–Oct Finding the campground: From Blackfoot drive 9 miles north on US 91, then 10 miles east on Wolverine Road. Turn right onto Cedar Creek Road and continue for 13 miles, right onto Trail Creek Bridge Road for 6 miles, and then, after it becomes Lincoln Creek Road, go another 6 miles to the campground."
