Known for scenic views of rivers, wildlife, and mountain ranges, this trail runs on a railroad right-of-way through the Caribou-Targhee National Forest. It runs near the Mesa Falls Scenic Byway near the town of Ashton to Reas Pass at the Montana border. Visitors travel more than 5 miles along the Warm River, pass around a long tunnel, and cross the Henry’s Fork of the Snake River. The Teton and Centennial Mountain Ranges are visible from the trail. Future plans include connecting a 45-mile pathway between Victor and Ashton.
