Falls River Drainage

Falls River Drainage Professional Review and Guide

"The Falls River and its major tributaries generally flow west or southwest from the southwest flank of the great volcanic plateau that forms the core of Yellowstone National Park. They merge in Idaho with the Henry’s Fork of the Snake River. The upper reaches of this drainage—most of the course length of these streams is found within the park—were without fish prior to human intervention.

This eTrail contains information on Beula Lake, Hering Lake, Upper Falls River (Beula Lake to Mountain Ash Creek), Grassy Lake, Lake of the Woods and Cascade Creek, Fish Lake, Falls River (Mountain Ash Creek to Cave Falls Campground), and Mountain Ash Creek."
