Wildcat Den State Park

Wildcat Den State Park Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"The quiet, compact campground is fringed with stately 100-foot oaks. The open layout offers plenty of shaded sites. From the campground, you can catch hiking trails that run through the park’s rugged landscape featuring high bluffs and sandstone formations with evocative names such as Devil’s Punch Bowl and Fat Man’s Squeeze.

Trails also lead to a former schoolhouse and gristmill within the park. The mill, built in 1848, and its picnic area sit alongside the wonderfully scenic Pine Creek."
