Brinton Timber Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"Perched on the hills overlooking the Skunk River, 320-acre Brinton Timber is part of a 1,000-acre swath of forests along the riparian corridor. Mature oak-hickory forests cover the hills, and in springtime the understory is an explosion of blooming wildflowers.

To help hikers avoid getting lost, trails are named and labeled with colored symbols painted on trees. The trails are a favorite among cross-country skiers when the snow is deep."
