Pupukea Beach Park

Pupukea Beach Park Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"Pupukea Beach Park, a Marine Life Conservation Area, is a long, narrow park adjacent to Waimea Bay. At the south end of the eighty-acre park is Three Tables, a protected beach with three sections of flat coral reefs.

At the north end of the park is a wall of coral reef that forms an enclosed lagoon known as Shark ’s Cove. The large cove is a snorkeling and beachcombing paradise with tidepools, lava cave formations and blowholes. A walking and biking path lines the back of the beach along an elevated grassy area with groves of ironwoods."
