Rocky Mountain Trail Professional Review and Guide
"This Appalachian Trail (A.T.) loop hike offers more solitude than many trail sections with views. Be apprised there is some climbing involved as you rise from Unicoi Gap to the crest of Rocky Mountain, where bare stone faces present panoramas. However, what goes up must come down."
