Fort Mountain State Park: Gahuti Trail Professional Review and Guide
"The elevation profile of the Gahuti Trail looks like a healthy cardiogram, with frequent and regular peaks and valleys that will definitely get your heart pumping. The upshot is that it covers diverse terrain, from ridges with awesome views to jungle creek bottoms and windy hilltops. It’s possible to complete the trail in a single day, but you should be in very good condition to try it. If you choose to make this a two-day backpacking trek, there are four backcountry campsites, two of which lie near water sources. You can hike the loop in either direction; it’s described clockwise."
