Broad River

Broad River Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"With its rocky rapids strewn bank to bank between high, wooded hills, this is the most popular section of the Broad River. Expect flat water broken by longer shoals that exhibit different characteristics with different water levels.

Lower water makes the run rocky, whereas higher water creates big waves. Not to worry, though—most rapids have easier routes versus some of the taller ledges sought by helmeted kayakers."
